A deposit (50% of the total amount) is required to confirm the reservation (by bank transfer).
Balance payable by one week before the check-in date.*
Free cancellation / Full refund in case of cancellation up to 15 days before the check-in date*.
Deposit (50% of the total amount) NOT refundable in case of cancellation between 14 days and 1 day before the check-in date*.
Booking (whole amount) NOT REFUNDABLE in case of cancellation on the same day of check-in*, or no-show, or early departure, even if due to problems with air or sea transportation.
Group reservations (3-5 rooms booked as one reservation)

*We kindly ask you to let us know in advance your estimated time of arrival at Casa BuonVento, because we don’t have a fixed schedule. If coming by plane, and from the airport directly to the accommodation, the best way is to let us know your flight number.

So, we ask you kindly to keep the noise down as much as possible between 10pm and 9am.
